Fountainhead Regional Park
10875 Hampton Rd.
Fairfax Station, VA 22039

From I95:

  • Rt. 123 North for approx. 6 miles
  • Left on Hampton Rd. for approx. 4 miles
  • Left into park
  • Continue to upper parking lot on Right
  • Follow signs to check-in

From I66:

  • Take Fairfax County Parkway South (exit 55) for approx. 11 miles
  • Exit onto Rt. 123 South (Ox Rd.) for approx. 2.5 miles
  • Right onto Henderson Rd.
  • Left on Hampton Rd.
  • Right into park
  • Continue to upper parking lot on Right
  • Follow signs to check-in

Quantico Marine Corps Base
Quantico, Virginia

  • Take I95 to exit 150
  • Go east on Joplin Rd. towards Quantico Marine Corps Base.
  • Cross Jefferson Davis Hwy and proceed to gate (Iwo Jima Memorial Gate)
  • Enter Quantico and go straight onto Fuller Rd. (you will need your ID to enter gate)
  • Go about .5 mile on Fuller Rd then turn right onto Purvis Rd.
  • Continue on Purvis Rd. for approx. .5 mile to the top of the hill (past the Youth Center)
  • Park in the Child Development Center side parking lot.
  • The traihead is at the back left of the parking lot.

  • Audrey Moore RECenter may be reached by taking Beltway Exit 54A which is Braddock Road west for one quarter mile to the park entrance on the right.
