Rocky Gap Adventure Race - Schedule

5:00 PM - 7:00 PM	Optional Early Check-In/Packet Pick Up. Turn in liability forms. Full team is not required for Check-In/Packet Pick Up, BUT liability forms for all team members must be turned in by a team representative to receive race packet. Race packets include race passport, race numbers, t-shirts, and sponsor information. EX2 Merchandise on sale

6:30 AM - 8:00 AM	Check-In/Packet Pick Up. Turn in liability forms. Race packets include race passport, race numbers, t-shirts, and sponsor information. Map and E-Punch Key Pick Up (distributed to teams that have already checked-in) Transition Area opens at 6:30am
8:15 AM - 8:30 AM	Race Brief (mandatory for all team members)
8:50 AM	Racers assemble at the start
9:00 AM SHARP	Race Start
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM	Finish Activities (awards, food, music, sponsors, EX2 merchandise on sale)
4:00 PM approx.	Presentation of Awards
