6:30 AM	Check-In continues until 15 minutes before start of race
7:50 AM	Pre-Race Brief
8:00 AM	Race Start
Post Race	Presentation of Awards and FREE food

7/21/12	Race #1 - Seneca Creek State Park - Gaithersburg, MD (actual mileage of this race course is 10.3K)
	Seneca Creek State Park in Montgomery County, MD offers a wonderful natual getaway that is just a stones throw from the city. Lake views, scenic streams, and miles of single-track hiking trails greet each visitor. This beautiful 10K race course strings together some of the best trails in the park offering the Blue Crab Bolt competitor a fun and challenging run in the woods. 8/11/12	Race #2 - Little Bennett Regional Park - Clarksburg, MD (actual mileage of this race course is 10.6K)
	Little Bennett Regional Park in Montgomery County, MD is a 3600 acre wooded playground filled with over 20 miles of trails, picturesque streams, and plenty of camping. Bring the family and camp or make the easy trek on race day to this convenient park, located off Interstate 270 only 30 miles West of D.C. The vast majority of the 10k race course follows twisty and fun single-track hiking trails. There is also plenty of streamside running and challenging hills.
