Camping:

Camping at Rocky Gap State Park (at race site) - The campground at Rocky Gap State Park does not take reservations for April so occupancy is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis. They generally have over 100 campsites available at this time of year and they rarely fill up in April.
