Fountainhead Regional Park
Course (5 mile):
0.6m 0.6m Start near the south entrance to the upper parking lot. Run on the park road
toward the park entrance.
1.4m 2.0m Run south on the horseshoe trail, complete loop, then return to the park road.
(Note: the trail connecting (i.e. closing) the loop is temporary and will be built
and used strictly for this event).
Aid Station #1 at intersection of the park road and trailhead (2.0m from last aid)
0.5m 2.5m Run west on the trail that is just north of the park road.
1.3m 3.8m Enter the White Trail trailhead near the SE corner of the maintenance area and
follow it to the aid station located near the optional detour back to the upper parking lot.
Aid Station #2 near optional detour (1.8m from last aid)
1.2m 5.0m Continue on the White Trail and then follow some seldom used trails to the finish located in the grassy area at the NE corner of the upper parking lot. (Note: the
seldom used trails are currently indistinct but will be improved before race day)
