Prince William Forest Park
Triangle, VA 22172
From Interstate 95:
- From I95, take Exit 150, heading WEST on Joplin Rd / VA Rt 619.
- Take SECOND right to the mail park entrance.
- Enter at the main gate. Prince William Forest Park typically charges $5/vehicle, but your race fee already covers this. If the entrance kiosk is staffed, tell them you are a racer and they will let you enter without paying.
- Follow the signs to parking and check-in.
Approximate driving times: From Washington, D.C., 30-40 minutes; from Fredericksburg, VA., 20-30 minutes.

Laurel Hill
8400 Lorton Rd.
Lorton, VA 22079
From Interstate 95:
- From I-95, take Lorton Rd exit (exit 163), head west at bottom of ramp (a right turn whether coming north or south bound on I-95.) Giles Run (Laurel Hill) entrance is on the right about 1/2 mile down Lorton Road. Follow the driveway up until you see the prison complex on your right. The parking lot is on the left, next to the playground.
- Park and follow the signs to check-in.

Wakefield Park

From Interstate 495 (Capital Beltway):
- Take I495 to exit 54A WEST (Braddock Road).
- Travel for one quarter mile to the park entrance on your right.
- Follow the signs to parking and check-in.

Hemlock Overlook
13220 Yates Ford Rd.
Clifton, VA 20124
From Interstate 66:
- Take I-66 to Route 7100 (Fairfax County Parkway). * Exit at 55A SOUTH toward Springfield.
- Travel south on Rt. 7100 for approx. 6 miles.
- Exit at Route 123 SOUTH (Ox Road).
- Travel 1.6 miles to the Clifton Road traffic light.
- Turn RIGHT onto Clifton Road (Route 645).
- Travel approx. 4 miles on Clifton Rd. Continue straight on Clifton Rd. after traveling through the 4-way stop at a gas station.
- Pass Yates Ford Road on the RIGHT then pass Henderson Road on the LEFT.
- Turn LEFT at Yates Ford Road (Route 615). Continue straight on Yates Ford Road after traveling through the 4-way stop.
- Drive 25MPH for 1.5 miles to the entrance of Hemlock Overlook. Yates Ford Road dead ends at Hemlock.
- Follow the signs to parking and check-in.
From Interstate 95:
- Take I-95 to the exit for Route 123 (Ox Road) NORTH toward Fairfax.
- Travel NORTH on Route 123 (Ox Road) for approximately 8.5 miles.
- Turn LEFT onto Clifton Road (Route 645) immediately past the entrance to Burke Lake Park.
- Travel approx. 4 miles on Clifton Rd. Continue straight on Clifton Rd. after traveling through the 4-way stop at a gas station.
- Pass Yates Ford Road on the RIGHT then pass Henderson Road on the LEFT.
- Turn LEFT at Yates Ford Road (Route 615). Continue straight on Yates Ford Road after traveling through the 4-way stop.
- Drive 25MPH for 1.5 miles to the entrance of Hemlock Overlook. Yates Ford Road dead ends at Hemlock.
- Follow the signs to parking and check-in.

Fountainhead Regional Park
10875 Hampton Rd.
Fairfax Station, VA 22039
From Interstate 66:
- Exit I66 and take Fairfax County Parkway SOUTH (exit 55) for approx. 6 miles.
- Exit onto Rt. 123 SOUTH (Ox Rd.) for approx. 3 miles.
- Right onto Henderson Rd.
- Left on Hampton Rd.
- Right into park.
- Continue to the upper parking lot on the right.
- Follow the signs to parking and check-in.
From Interstate 95:
- Exit I95 and take Rt. 123 NORTH for approx. 4.5 miles.
- Left on Hampton Rd. for approx. 3 miles.
- Left into park.
- Continue to the upper parking lot on the right.
- Follow the signs to parking and check-in.
