The Backyard Burn - Awards We believe that being recognized for outstanding achievement it important. Hearing your name called after a strong finish and receiving a token of this accomplishment is very rewarding. This is why, in 2006, we are increasing the number of awards we will distribute at each event. Awards will be presented to the top five male and female, age group finishers in all the 5 and 10 mile races. After the final race, awards will be presented to the top five male and female, age group finishers with the most series points. Age groups include: Awards will be presented after each race. Please pick up your awards at the awards ceremony as they will not be mailed.
