EX2 Bushwhacker Adventure Running Race - Schedule

6:30 AM - 7:45 AM	Check-In/Packet Pick-up at Fountainhead. Race packets include race map, e-punch key (used for timing), race number/s, and t-shirt/s.
7:45 AM	Race Brief
8:00 AM Sharp	Race Start
8:00 AM - 8:30 AM	RELAY TEAM ONLY: Non starting relay racer drives their team vehicle to the race midway point at Bull Run Marina where they will wait for their teammate to finish the first segment of the race. Directions for the 10 minute drive will be provided at check-in.
8:45 AM - 9:45 AM	Finish of first segment at Bull Run Marina
8:45 AM - 10:00 AM	RELAY TEAM ONLY: Starting relay racer drives their team vehicle to the race finish point at Fountaihead where they will wait for their teammate to finish the second segment of the race. Directions for the 10 minute drive will be provided at check-in.
9:30 AM - 11:30 AM	Race Finish and post race food at Fountainhead
10:30 AM approx.	Presentation of Awards at Fountainhead

RELAY TEAM SHUTTLE LOGISTICS

The non starting racer on each relay team will shuttle their team vehicle from the start at Fountainhead to the race midway point at Bull Run Marina where they will wait for their teammate to finish the first segment of the race, from Fountainhead to Bull Run Marina. When the starting racer arrives at Bull Run Marina, he/she will epunch and then the teammates will exchange vehicle keys and the epunch key. The waiting racer will now be active and begin the second segment of the race, from Bull Run Marina to Fountainhead. The starting racer will drive back to Fountainhead to watch their teammate finish the race. Each team will be provided with driving directions for the 10 minute drive.
