From Interstate 66:

• Exit I66 and take Fairfax County Parkway SOUTH (exit 55) for approx. 6 miles.
• Exit onto Rt. 123 SOUTH (Ox Rd.) for approx. 3 miles.
• Right onto Henderson Rd.
• Left on Hampton Rd.
• Right into park.
• Continue to the upper parking lot on the right.
• Follow the signs to parking.

From Interstate 95:

• Exit I95 and take Rt. 123 NORTH for approx. 4.5 miles.
• Left on Hampton Rd. for approx. 3 miles.
• Left into park.
• Continue to the upper parking lot on the right.
• Follow the signs to parking.

Traveling Between Parks for RELAY RACERS

From: Fountainhead Regional Park (Race Start/Finish)
To: Bull Run Marina (Race Midway Point)

• Exit Fountainhead and take a left onto Hampton Rd.
• Left onto Henderson Rd.
• At three-way stop sign, take a left and continue on Henderson Rd.
• Go a few miles to a stop sign. Take a left onto Yates Ford Rd.
• Travel on Yates Ford Rd for approximately 1 mile. The Bull Run Marina parking lot will be on your left before crossing the bridge over the Occoquan Reservoir.

From: Bull Run Marina (Race Midway Point)
To: Fountainhead Regional Park (Race Start/Finish)

• Exit the Bull Run Marina parking lot and take a right onto Yates Ford Rd.
• Right onto Henderson Rd. (very tight turn)
• At three-way stop sign, take a right and continue on Henderson Rd.
• Right onto Hampton Rd.
• Right into park.
• Continue to the upper parking lot on the right.
• Follow the signs to parking.
